About R4

        The name R4 comes from Rayburn 4, our family of four. Along with our three dogs and cat, family is at the heart of everything we do. We believe in treating people with kindness, being honest, communicating openly, and always doing what we say we'll do.

        After years of working in technology, hardware, servers, IT solutions, and enterprise sales, we saw how often people were left frustrated by poor communication and vendors who didn't truly care about the outcome. We knew there had to be a better way.​ That's why we started R4.

        We wanted to build a company that stands behind its work, values relationships over transactions, and genuinely cares about the people it serves. Whether we're helping a restaurant, dental practice, or medical office, our goal is always the same: make technology easier, provide a great experience, and be a partner our clients can count on.
